From the beginning of year 1981, CMC Cevenini had a UK market presence selling its log slitters & log winders machinery through appointed agents.

In 1994, Carlo Cevenini realized that the UK market would be better supported by CMC opening their own branch in the UK, originally situated in the West of London.

Seven years later due to growing demand for CMC Cevenini Automatic Log Slitting machine's, in January 2001 CMC UK relocated to larger premises in Milton Keynes.

This was a strategic decision because Milton Keynes is a growing commercial city centrally located within UK, having excellent access to motorway, rail and airport networks.

A purpose built showroom was commissioned to enable up to 4 different machine models to be made available for customer demonstration and slitting trials.

In 2011 after further increased customer base occurred CMC UK decided to purchase a larger property outright. Still in Milton Keynes this enabled them to hold even more spares and consumables products as well as handling a full aftersales support program to include: operator training, technical support and PM (preventive maintenance) service, emergency call-outs.
